National Catholic distributor, Franciscan Media, producers of “American Catholic Radio” and publishers of the “St. Anthony Messenger”, Servant Books and the AmericanCatholic.org website has released their Lenten Radio Retreat series for 2013. The annual series features Bishops and Cardinals from across the nation delivering homilies related to each of the Sundays of the Lenten season.

This year, The Most Reverend Michael Mulvey, STL, DD, Bishop of Corpus Christi, was given an invitation to participate and is being featured during the half hour program scheduled for the Third Sunday of Lent, March 3rd. Segments featuring Bishop Mulvey were recorded locally at the studios of the Catholic Communications Network.

The Franciscan Media Lenten Retreat series airs on approximately 80 broadcast stations across the Nation and can be heard on Sunday mornings at 8AM on KLUX 89.5HD in Corpus Christi.
